Learn Sign Language at the TUM Language Center

Sign languages are based on hand signals, facial expressions and posture. Like spoken languages, they consist of a comprehensive vocabulary and their own grammar – and every country has its own sign language. The TUM Language Center now offers the opportunity to learn the finger alphabet as well as the basics of German Sign Language and to gain an insight into the deaf culture.
