The TUM Writing Center offers free help with English language writing tasks to members of the TUM academic community who want to improve their writing skills. Specialized information for students, PhD candidates, and members of the teaching staff and faculty can be found under the headings at the left.

No matter what stage of the writing process your paper is at, you can get help from our professional native-speaker consultants. Appointments, which last 30 – 45 minutes each, can be made by sending an email to writinghotline@zv.tum.de  and requesting a time slot during center hours,  or on a walk-in, first-come, first served basis during the opening hours of the Center. Bring your text or section of text (maximum 5 pages) and we will work with you to improve the text. You can download our poster here.
